Apply the body magnets to clean, alcohol-wiped skin. Press and gently rub to adhere the sticker to the skin and smooth out any wrinkles. Keep on for 5-7 days. To remove, gently hold the skin and remove the adhesive the way you would a bandaid.
MAGNET REUSE: To clean a magnet, simply wipe with alcohol. Gently stack the magnets and store in an air tight container to prevent oxidation over time.
NOTE: If Ear Seeds are kept on for longer than the recommended 5-7 days, the metal will oxidize.
